We have created a fitness program that challenges athletes both physically and mentally. Over the past ten years, our curriculum has been designed and modified to give each athlete the very best. Our athletes are guaranteed a full body workout each time they come to the gym, but they get much more than that.
Our trainers focus on four main areas in each session: strength, coordination, confidence, and independence. By mastering tasks and overcoming obstacles, our athletes develop the confidence they need to thrive in the gym and beyond.
FIT FRIENDS GROUP SESSIONS
Fit Friends was developed to improve our athletes’ physical fitness in a setting focused on peer interaction. Our athletes can expect to work up a sweat while working on communication. The goal: become more fit while making new friends.
