INDIVIDUALIZED FITNESS COACHING
We have created a fitness program that challenges athletes both physically and mentally. Since opening in 2010, our curriculum has been designed and modified to give each athlete a full body workout.
Our athletes are guaranteed a full body workout each time they come to the gym, but they get much more than that.
Our trainers focus on four main areas in each session: strength, coordination, confidence, and independence. By mastering tasks and overcoming obstacles, our athletes develop the confidence they need to thrive in the gym and beyond.
FIT FRIENDS GROUP SESSIONS
Fit Friends was developed to improve our athletes physical fitness in a setting focused on peer interaction. Our athletes can expect to work up a sweat while working on communication. The goal: become more fit while making new friends.

SCHOOL AND SUMMER CAMP FITNESS
F4F can come to you! We offer 30 minute and 60 minute sessions in school, at your camp, or at the gym. Our workouts are 100% adaptable to each athlete's needs, with a focus on ABILITY over disability. Our curriculum will encourage, support and push our athletes to become more active and pursue independence. Contact us for more information!
